Be aware of the difficulties that come with setting up a showing. I called 3 days in a row to set up a viewing- the first time I was told they weren’t doing them that day and call tomorrow. Understandable, so I did. Second day they told me it was only for applicant approved tenants. That would’ve been nice to know beforehand, as I had to switch my work schedule around because I was under the impression I could get in for the viewing. They told me to call back tomorrow again. Third day calling and they’re “not doing any viewings today.” Then why was I told to call back?? Either there needs to be better communication about these things within their team, or they need to actually attempt to do viewings.

Absolutely unprofessional and awful. When trying to get me to sign the contract it stated that the yard needed to be grass, neat and kept cleaned. Yet there is no grass because they let it all die beyond saving, the fixtures in the yard are all kinds of messed up. Not to mention that they didn't even bother to clean the house before trying to give it to me. It's covered in dust, debris, cobwebs, stains and who knows what. Every single cabinet under the sink has water damage and mold, every single one and there are 4 in the place. Broken shelfs and cabinets, not one but 2 wasps nests in the back patio. The roof has water damage, driveway is cracked, yard is a mess, the house is filthy and has a ton of problems. Stay as far as way as possible from these so called "professionals"

Absolutely incompetent agent by the name of Bianca working for this company. She Didn’t even know the legal process to sell a mobile home and somehow managed to get both seller and buyer agent fees after wasting our time saying we needed to meet at the motor vehicle department to transfer title, without having a payoff or even concluding the actual sale. I learned the info needed in a simple Google search yet she is the licensed agent.

We were referred to Linda Kirk by family for the sale of our home. She handled and coordinated the entire process and unexpected obstacles professionally and efficiently, making the process of selling our home a little less stressful. She was very knowledgeable and she always returned our calls and texts as soon as she could. I recommend and would definitely go through Linda Kirk again if I had need. Thank you so very much!

Marissa is beyond unprofessional. I was doing a short term rental and paid for the 5 weeks I would be there upfront. I made it very clear that was what I was doing. About a week before I left i got a nasty letter in the mail saying I was going to be taken to court for nonpayment. I was told that I didn’t give them 30 day’s notice and was made it out to be my fault. Even though I had paid in full and had another week left I had already paid for. Then I didn’t get my deposit returned in 30 days. Today, 31 days, I got a letter saying my deposit was refunded yet there wasn’t a check. After I called, I got a call back. Once again, zero acknowledgment on her part that they did any wrong doing some how the check wasn’t put in there and they will mail it today or I can come pick it up. I live 18 hrs from there. They are legally in violation of the lease. I have never dealt with a company who refused to acknowledge that they are at fault. These are just incidents in the 5 weeks of staying there. There were more. They do not treat people correctly and they are haphazard in how they do things. I would certainly not rent from them again. I hope others read these views. It’s very clear which ones are dealing with the rental company. I wish I could give them zero stars.

They do have rentals that cater to all income brackets but its a little difficult because the process required to rent a place takes several days and you may lose out on the property you are interested in. Not many pet friendly places to choose from. Best way to contact them seems to be by email because I left several voice messages with no return. Scheduling a showing proves difficult if you don't call and get thru by 9:05am. I called at 9:09am and was denied a showing because they were completely booked and was told to call right at 9am. On the up side you can pay your right directly online and the application process only takes about a week. Requirements to rent are within reason and they don't require a good credit score. $40 per person app fee and you only have to do one.....not one for each property. Overall the staff are friendly and relatively helpful.

Me and my roommate were looking into renting within the Portales area. We contacted the Clovis branch and Julie was sweet enough to show us the place. We payed the $40 application fee each and were told we were set to move in once we paid the deposit. I was under the impression that we had to pay in cash (Because the website says so)so both me and my roommate were waiting until we had time to go drop the deposit off. We are both busy college students and we work on top of it all. We didn’t get to move in. I got a call from a man from the Roswell branch one afternoon and he told me that I was set to pick up the keys later that week and he had sent me the rental agreement. Not even an hour after this call he calls me back and tells me that the apartment is no longer available, while I was in the middle of signing the rental agreement. We were never told there was another applicant and the apartment was given to them after we were sent the rental agreement and under the impression that the apartment was set to be ours. We were prepared to pay the deposit and a few months of rent. Julie was amazing and so sweet when she showed us the apartment and was getting things ready for (what we thought was) our move in. The man told us to look at other places on their website, but there’s no other places within town. I was told that there was another apartment available at that complex but that I couldn’t put a deposit down until I see the unit. Assuming that the unit is exactly like the other one we toured, I didn’t see a problem. I was told that he would get back to me about this apartment and if they would fix the problems and give us that one but I haven’t gotten a call or email, it has been 3 weeks since what was supposed to be our move in date.I already had moved my move out date for my current apartment so we both had to rush on a short notice. Super unprofessional and he hasn’t even tried to remedy the situation. Luckily my roommate and I found a another place, I don’t think I would’ve wanted to work with this business after all that. Who knows what else they may have put us through. I should’ve read reviews of this place before I even attempted to rent from them. Now we’re out $80.
